We are dedicated to providing thorough and zealous service to each and every client. Each case is individually screened for merit. If, in my opinion, you do not have a case, I will tell you that at the beginning, and I will not accept representation. Of course, I cannot guarantee that I will win any particular case, or guarantee any particular outcome. However, I do not believe in wasting a client's time or my time, in taking clients' money if it is unlikely that I will be able to help them, or in selling false hope. Although some cases are more difficult than others, my commitment to representation means that when I have taken your case, I will try very hard to find, obtain and present the evidence supporting your case, and to seek a favorable outcome.
Erica J. Mandell received her Bachelor's degree from Rutgers College in 1977 and her J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law at Camden in 1981.
